Protein Pancake

Protein Pancake

It’s so many recipes out there for protein pancakes. I tried so many different version. My favorite type is the blender type. You add everything in a single blender and no later than 2 minutes you ready to cook the pancakes.

The options and ideas are unlimited. This recipe is basic nothing crazy. Keep in mind the texture might differ, because of the type of protein powder you use. I used a plant base protein powder. I suggest use less milk first and you can add as you go. The texture what we looking for is not too thin, not too thick just like a normal regular pancake dough.
