Mediterranean Roasted Cauliflower with Quinoa Tabbouleh
Cauliflower that must have in my fridge every week. This veggie has so many different faces.
If you see 475F please do not freak out. When you bake it on the high temperature get’s this smoke flavor outside. Of course, do not burn it to coal but have to get brown outside to get that smoky flavor profile.
The Kefir sauce is giving extra texture, flavor, and freshness. Besides good quality Kefir, is loaded with good bacterias that help indigestion.
