Instructions
Preheat the oven for 355F or 180C.
Mix all the dry ingredients together. I like to sift the flours, creates more air in the dough.
Mix the wet ingredients together. Beat the eggs and add the vinegar, the oil, and the water.
Then mix the dough together. Slightly beat the dough with the fork until comes to the texture like a sticky kind of dough.
Let it sit a couple of minutes while lining the baking pants with parchment paper.
Use a cup with water and a spoon to shape the dough. Wet the spoon and create little buns.
Then bake it for 25 -30 minutes depends how big is your bun.
Sprinkle it with everything bagel mix, or flaxseed, sunflower seed, any type of seed you desire.
Let it cool and make your favorite sandwich or burger.
