Gluten-Free Flax Meal Buns in 30 minutes

Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients

  • 60g / 1/2 cup All-purpose Gluten-Free Flour Bob Red Mill
  • 60g/ 1/2 cup Ground Flaxseed Meal
  • 1/2 tsp Xantham Gum
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 pinch Xylitol or any natural sweetener
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Everything Bagel Mix Optional

Wet Ingredients

  • 2 medium Eggs
  • 1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp 1tsp Olive Oil
  • 75 ml 1/3 cup Warm Water

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven for 355F or 180C.
  • Mix all the dry ingredients together. I like to sift the flours, creates more air in the dough.
  • Mix the wet ingredients together. Beat the eggs and add the vinegar, the oil, and the water.
  • Then mix the dough together. Slightly beat the dough with the fork until comes to the texture like a sticky kind of dough.
  • Let it sit a couple of minutes while lining the baking pants with parchment paper.
  • Use a cup with water and a spoon to shape the dough. Wet the spoon and create little buns.
  • Then bake it for 25 -30 minutes depends how big is your bun.
  • Sprinkle it with everything bagel mix, or flaxseed, sunflower seed, any type of seed you desire.
  • Let it cool and make your favorite sandwich or burger.
